I'm not saying these guys had anything to do with the bombing, but if anyone in the crowd had their civil rights violated these two definitely would be persons of interest.

It had to be........the Gold Standard strikes again. None of this ACCET stuff, here's how we know they have the right scumbags this time: regional accreditation.

Quote:University of Massachusetts — Dartmouth connection

A person sought in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings was a student at the [regionally accredited] University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth, the university said Friday morning .

“UMass Dartmouth has learned that a person being sought in connection with the Boston Marathon bombing has been identified as a student registered at UMass Dartmouth,” according to the school Web site.

The university did not says whether the student was Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, who is the subject of a massive manhunt this morning, his brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, who died in a confrontation with police, or someone else.

The campus is closed, and all classes have been canceled, the school said.

Wrong guys at first, but definitely the right profile. Third world craphole origin, regionally accredited college. And dear old mom is a shoplifter! I wonder why they went back to Russia? Run out of stuff to steal in the US?

Quote:Dzhokhar was born in Kyrgyzstan after the family fled Chechnya. The family, which also included two daughters, Bella and Amina, had the status of refugees at the time they moved to Russia.

They both had immense pride in their 'home country' with Dzhokhar describing himself as Chechen and speaking the language.

Uncle Tsarni seems to have a good handle on the situation:

Quote:WBZ-TV spoke with the suspects’ uncle, Ruslan Tsarni.

Quote:Boston Bomber Could Have Been Deported After 2009 Conviction
April 19, 2013

One of the Chechen terrorists who carried out the Boston Marathon bombings could have been deported years ago after a criminal conviction and the other was granted American citizenship on the 11th anniversary of the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil.

Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the 26-year-old killed in a wild shootout with police, was a legal U.S. resident who nevertheless could have been removed from the country after a 2009 domestic violence conviction, according to a Judicial Watch source. That means the Obama administration missed an opportunity to deport Tsarnaev but evidently didn’t feel he represented a big enough threat.
. . .

Adding insult to injury, the other bomber, little brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, was rewarded with American Citizenship on September 11, 2012 in Boston, according to JW’s source. The 19-year-old, who is still on the run, was granted asylum in Arlington Virginia on September 27, 2002, JW’s source reveals.

Years before these Chechen terrorists carried out the Boston Marathon bombings Judicial Watch uncovered critical intelligence documents detailing al Qaeda’s activities in Chechnya, including the creation of a 1995 camp—ordered by Osama bin Laden—to train “international terrorists” to carry out plots against Americans and westerners.

The goal, according to the once-classified documents obtained by JW in 2011, was to “establish a worldwide Islamic state capable of directly challenging the U.S., China, Russia, and what it views as Judeo-Christian and Confucian domination.” Further, radical Islamic regimes were to be established and supported everywhere possible, from “sea to sea,” including Chechnya. “Terrorist activities are to be conducted against Americans and westerners…” according to the report issued by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

In other words, it was only a matter of time before terrorists from the predominantly radical Islamic republic carried out an attack on U.S. soil.
. . .

There’s no telling how many of these Chechen terrorists have infiltrated the United States or how many opportunities the government has missed to protect the country by deporting them. Osama bin Laden specifically chose Chechnya as a terrorist training camp because it’s an “area unreachable by strikes from the west,” according to the intelligence report obtained by JW years ago.

Dr. Russell sends his innocent daughter to regionally accredited Suffolk University. She comes home knocked up, wearing a burka and married to a terrorist!

Quote:Slain Chechen terror suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev was married to middle class college student Katherine Russell, 24.
By Sara Nathan and Daniel Bates In North Kingstown, Rhode Island,
PUBLISHED: 14:56 EST, 19 April 2013 | UPDATED: 15:35 EST, 19 April 2013

Boston terror suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev has a three-year-old daughter with a middle-class college student who converted to Islam, MailOnline can reveal.

The 26-year-old Chechen – who was shot dead by cops last night – was regularly seen at Katherine Russell's family home in Rhode Island, alongside their young daughter Zahara.

. . .

One neighbour told how Katherine - who also uses the last name Tsarnaeva - converted to Islam shortly after starting school at [regionally accredited] Suffolk University in Boston, saying she believed the couple were married.

Speaking from the quiet suburb, the neighbour said: ‘I knew Katherine was married and she had converted to Islam.

She went away to college about three or four years ago and I saw her a year later and she was dressed in the Islamic style. Her hair was covered and she was wearing very baggy, flowy clothing.’

The neighbour said: ‘I saw Katherine with a man and I assumed this was her partner. They came up most weekends and had Massachusetts licence plates on their car, so I thought they lived in Boston and came home at the weekends to see her family.

‘They were always together and had a little girl, who must be about three now.’

However, the neighbour said the last time she saw the man, matching the pictures of Tsarnaev, was a year ago, adding: ‘She moved back home and was living at home with the baby.

‘I never saw him again, I thought maybe he’s gone away or he’s busy with school.’

It was, the neighbour, admitted, nevertheless a shock when she woke early to see police cars and FBI agents outside the family’s house.

She said: ‘They were there when I woke up early, there was one state patrol car and someone who came out wearing a padded vest with FBI on it.

‘With all the activity, I put it together, but I thought this can’t be.

‘But then I thought ‘well she did make this conversion…I thought Katherine may be friends with one of the brothers, I never thought it was her husband.’

According to the website spotcrime.com, Tamerlan was arrested for domestic violence in July 2009 after assaulting his girlfriend.

Katherine, who has two younger sisters Anna and Becca, grew up in with parents Judith and Warren in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, before moving to Boston for college.

Neighbours said that Warren works as a physician, while Judith is a nurse.

Paula Gillette, 59, a mother-of-one who lives over the road from the Russells, said: 'Before Katherine went to Suffolk she wore normal clothes like jeans, t-shirts and skirts but when she came back she was wearing a white headscarf.

'I don't think her family are religious.

'I have no idea what she is going to tell her kid. How can you tell them? How can you explain it?

'Who knows if she knew anything about what he was doing? We just don't know'.

Quote:Students Saw Dzhokhar Tsarnaev On UMass-Dartmouth Campus After Bombings
April 19, 2013 2:09 PM

DARTMOUTH (CBS) – The UMass Dartmouth campus was evacuated on Friday out of an abundance of caution after the school learned that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, one of the Boston Marathon bombings suspects, was a sophomore there and lived on campus.

University officials confirmed that Tsarnaev lived in a dorm on campus.

Fellow students described Tsarnaev as both a “pothead” and a soccer fanatic. Two of his classmates told WBZ-TV that he was on the soccer team, but missed practice on Monday and they hadn’t heard from him since.

Two other students, however, said they had seen him on campus after the bombings – once on Tuesday, and once on Wednesday.

One student actually asked him for a ride home because he lived in the same Cambridge area as the student.

That student said Tsarnaev agreed to give him a ride.

Students said Tsarnaev had a reputation as being a terrible driver and some were afraid to ride around campus with him.

He was also described as quiet and studious. Classmates say he never talked politics.

[Regionally accredited] UMass-Dartmouth students stood on Friday outside the Pine Dale Hall dormitory, where Dzhokhar Tsarnaev live.[sic]

DARTMOUTH — Dzhokhar Tsarnaev spent an apparently normal day Wednesday at the [regionally accredited] University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where he was a sophomore, according to a school official, working out in the gym, then sleeping in his dorm room that night, while law enforcement officials frantically scanned photos trying to identify the men who planted deadly bombs at the Boston Marathon on Monday.

Card swipes told officials that Tsarnaev, described as a good and typical student who played intramural soccer, was on campus Wednesday, but it was not clear if he had been there earlier in the week.

A student, who did not want to be identified, also said she saw Tsarnaev at a party on Wednesday night that was attended by some of his soccer friends.

“He was just relaxed,” she said.

Tsarnaev, 19, was the subject of an intense manhunt until he was cornered and captured in a backyard in Watertown on Friday evening. His brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, was killed early Friday morning in a shootout with police.

In a phone interview Friday morning, Pamala Rolon, 22, a [regionally accredited] UMass Dartmouth senior and a resident assistant at the Pine Dale Hall dorms, where Tsarnaev lived, said she has known him for a year and finds the notion that he played any role in the bombing incredible.

“He studied. He hung out with me and my friends,” she said. “I’m in shock.”

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev had done well academically in high school, but The New York Times reported that he was failing many of his courses at [regionally accredited] UMass Dartmouth. The Times said a school transcript showed seven failing grades over two semesters in 2012 and 2013, including Fs in Principles of Modern Chemistry, Intro American Politics, and Chemistry and the Environment. According to the transcript, Tsarnaev got a B in Critical Writing and a D and D-plus in two other courses.

The [regionally accredited] UMass Dartmouth campus in the southeastern part of the state closed early Friday morning after school officials realized the younger of the two men authorities said were responsible for the Monday bombing was a student there.

The campus remained on lockdown throughout the day, with armed police blocking the main entrance. The shutdown was staggered — first the suspect’s dorm, and then the entire campus. Students living on campus were evacuated to Dartmouth High School.

On its website Friday, the school posted a stark message: “[regionally accredited] UMass Dartmouth has learned that a person being sought in connection with the Boston Marathon bombing has been identified as a student registered at [regionally accredited] UMass Dartmouth. The campus is closed. Individuals on campus should shelter in place unless instructed otherwise.”

During the lockdown, three black helicopters landed at the main entrance early in the afternoon, carrying about a dozen armed police officers who ran onto campus. Two U-Haul trucks arrived a short time later and drove onto campus; three U-Hauls had arrived earlier. Around 3:30 p.m., 11 State Police cruisers with lights flashing raced through the main campus entrance, followed by SUVs carrying personnel wearing military fatigues.

A handful of students milled about the front entrance, watching police come and go.

Rolon said when she returned from class Thursday afternoon, she and her friends watched a television news broadcast showing the images of the suspects, including one she thought looked faintly like Tsarnaev.

“We made a joke like — that could be Dzhokhar,” she said. “But then we thought it just couldn’t be him. Dzhokhar? Never.”

Tsarnaev was quite studious, she said. He had not been seen on campus during the past two weeks, she said, but she did not think much about it because everyone was busy with tests and studying.

Rolon said she finds it impossible to believe he was involved in any zealous religious or political cause, or would turn to violence.

“I think he’s Muslim, but not so religious,” she said. “He’s a normal city kid.”

She also said that Tsarnaev, an ethnic Chechen who came to the United States with his family from Kyrgyzstan, a former Soviet republic in Central Asia, did not talk about Russian or international politics.

“He never said anything about Russia versus the United States,” she said.

She said Tsarnaev dressed typically in sweaters and jeans and fit in easily on campus. He spoke English with barely a trace of an accent. He had a roommate, she said, but she declined to give the student’s name. Rolon said she never met his family.

Chris Baratta, 22, a senior nursing student from Acton, lives across the street from campus. He played intramural soccer against Tsarnaev last year, but said nothing unusual stood out about him.

“You just sign up and make your own team, and whoever plays, plays,” he said.

He said friends of his smoked marijuana with Tsarnaev, but nothing stood out about the student.

Katie Horan, a sophomore at [regionally accredited] UMass Dartmouth who lives in Tsarnaev’s dorm, said the alarm went off around 7:45 a.m. telling everyone in the building to evacuate.

“What’s going on?” she said as the students emptied the building, unsure of why they had to leave.

She said two hours later, school officials announced a total campus evacuation; they learned officially that it was because a student was linked to the Marathon bombing.

Another student, Raja Nageswaran, 25, said Tsarnaev attended a gathering last fall at his home. No one who lived at the home had invited Tsarnaev and three friends who came to the gathering, he said.

“He was pretty social,” Nageswaran said. “He was pretty liked by most of the people.”

Nageswaran’s roommate, Emily DeInnocentis, 23, said Tsarnaev stood out to her because of some odd behavior, like spreading messy string cheese all over her couch, and picking up her cat and carrying it upstairs for no reason.

“We just didn’t invite him over after that. How many people just pick up your cat and go upstairs?” she said.

Quote:The problem isn’t just illegal immigration, it’s legal immigration, too
By: Ann Coulter

The people of Boston are no longer being terrorized by the Marathon bombers, but amnesty supporters sure are.

On CNN’s “State of the Union” last weekend, Sen. Lindsey Graham’s response to the Boston Marathon bombers being worthless immigrants who hate America — one of whom the FBI cleared even after being tipped off by Russia — was to announce: “The fact that we could not track him has to be fixed.”

Track him? How about not admitting him as an immigrant?

As if it’s a defense, we’re told Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev (of the Back Bay Tsarnaevs) were disaffected “losers” — the word used by their own uncle — who couldn’t make it in America. Their father had already returned to Russia. Tamerlan had dropped out of [regionally accredited] college, been arrested for domestic violence and said he had no American friends. Dzhokhar was failing most of his [regionally accredited] college courses. All of them were on welfare.

(Dzhokhar was given everything America had to offer, and now he only has one thing in his future to look forward to … a tenured professorship.)

My thought is, maybe we should consider admitting immigrants who can succeed in America, rather than deadbeats.

But we’re not allowed to “discriminate” in favor of immigrants who would be good for America. Instead of helping America, our immigration policies are designed to help other countries solve their internal problems by shipping their losers to us.

The problem isn’t just illegal immigration. I would rather have doctors and engineers sneaking into the country than legally arriving ditch-diggers.

Teddy Kennedy’s 1965 immigration act so dramatically altered the kinds of immigrants America admits that, since 1969, about 85 percent of legal immigrants have come from the Third World. They bring Third World levels of poverty, fertility, illegitimacy and domestic violence with them. When they can’t make it in America, they simply go on welfare and sometimes strike out at Americans.

In addition to the four dead and more than 100 badly wounded victims of the Boston Marathon bombing, let’s consider a few of the many other people who would be alive, but for Kennedy’s immigration law:

– The six Long Island railroad passengers murdered in 1993 by Jamaican immigrant Colin Ferguson. Before the shooting, Ferguson was unemployed, harassing women on subways, repeatedly bringing lawsuits against police and former employers, applying for workman’s compensation for fake injuries and blaming all his problems on white people. Whom he then decided to murder.

– The two people killed outside CIA headquarters in 1993 by Pakistani illegal immigrant Mir Qazi. He had been working as a driver for a courier company. (It’s nearly impossible to find an American who can drive.)

– Christoffer Burmeister, a 27 year-old musician killed in a mass shooting by Palestinian immigrant Ali Hassan Abu Kamal in 1997 at the Empire State Building. Hassan had immigrated to America with his family two months earlier at age 68. (It’s a smart move to bring in immigrants just in time to pay them Social Security benefits!)

– Bill Cosby’s son, Ennis, killed in 1997 by 18-year-old Ukrainian immigrant Mikhail Markhasev, who had come to this country with his single mother eight years earlier — because we were running short on single mothers.

Markhasev, who had a juvenile record, shot Cosby point-blank for taking too long to produce his wallet. He later bragged about killing a “n*gger.”

– The three people murdered at the Appalachian School of Law in 2002 by Nigerian immigrant Peter Odighizuwa, angry at America because he had failed out of law school. At least it’s understandable why our immigration policies would favor a 43-year-old law student. It’s so hard to get Americans to go to law school these days!

– The stewardess and passenger murdered by Egyptian immigrant Hesham Mohamed Hadayet when he shot up the El Al ticket counter at the Los Angeles airport in 2002. Hesham, a desperately needed limousine driver, received refugee status in the U.S. because he was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood. Apparently, that’s a selling point if you want to immigrate to America.

– The six men murdered by Mexican immigrant Salvador Tapia at the Windy City Core Supply warehouse in Chicago in 2003, from which he had been fired six months earlier. Tapia was still in this country despite having been arrested at least a dozen times on weapons and assault charges. Only foreign newspapers mentioned that Tapia was an immigrant. American newspapers blamed the gun.

– The six people killed in northern Wisconsin in 2004 by Hmong immigrant Chai Soua Vang, who shot his victims in the back after being caught trespassing on their property. Minnesota Public Radio later explained that Hmong hunters don’t understand American laws about private property, endangered species, or really any laws written in English. It was an unusual offense for a Hmong, whose preferred crime is raping 12- to 14-year-old girls — as extensively covered in the Fresno Bee and Minneapolis Star Tribune.

– The five people murdered at the Trolley Square Shopping Mall in Salt Lake City by Bosnian immigrant Sulejman Talovic in 2007. Talovic was a Muslim high school dropout with a juvenile record. No room for you, Swedish doctor. We need resentful Muslims!

– The 32 people murdered at Virginia Tech in 2007 by Seung-Hui Cho, a South Korean immigrant.

– The 13 soldiers murdered at Fort Hood in 2009 by “accused” shooter Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, son of Palestinian immigrants. Hasan’s parents had operated a restaurant in Roanoke, Va., because where are we going to find Americans to do that?

– The 13 people killed at the American Civic Association in Binghamton, N.Y., by Vietnamese immigrant Jiverly Wong, who became a naturalized citizen two years after being convicted of fraud and forgery in California. Wong was angry that people disrespected him for his poor English skills.

– Florence Donovan-Gunderson, who was shot along with her husband, and three National Guardsmen in a Carson City IHOP gunned down by Mexican immigrant Eduardo Sencion in 2011.

– The three people, including a 15-year-old girl, murdered in their home in North Miami by Kesler Dufrene, a Haitian immigrant and convicted felon who had been arrested nine times, but was released when Obama halted deportations to Haiti after the earthquake. Dufrene chose the house at random.

– The many African-Americans murdered by Hispanic gangs in Los Angeles in the last few years, including Jamiel Shaw Jr., a star football player being recruited by Stanford; Cheryl Green, a 14-year-old eighth-grade student chosen for murder solely because she was black; and Christopher Ash, who witnessed Green’s murder.

During the three years from 2010 through 2012, immigrants have committed about a dozen mass murders in this country, not including the 9/11 attack.

The mass murderers were from Afghanistan, South Korea, Vietnam, Haiti, South Africa, Ethiopia and Mexico. None were from Canada or Western Europe.

I don’t want to hear about the black crime rate or the Columbine killers. We’re talking about immigrants here! There should be ZERO immigrants committing crimes. There should be ZERO immigrants accepting government assistance. There should be ZERO immigrants demanding that we speak their language.

We have no choice about native-born losers. We ought to be able to do something about the people we chose to bring here.

Meanwhile, our government officials just keep singing the praises of “diversity,” while expressly excluding skilled immigrants who might be less inclined to become “disaffected” and lash out by killing Americans.

In response to the shooting at Fort Hood, Army Chief of Staff Gen. George W. Casey Jr. said: “As horrific as this tragedy was, if our diversity becomes a casualty, I think that’s worse.”

On “Fox News Sunday” this week, former CIA director Gen. Michael Hayden said of the Boston bombing suspects, “We welcome these kinds of folks coming to the United States who want to be contributing American citizens.”

Unless, that is, they have a college degree and bright prospects. Those immigrants are prohibited.
