Gollum has failed as the degree police, so now he's trying to be the spam police. That might be more in line with his limited skill set, but he doesn't seem to be getting any better results. In fact, he's derailing the threads even more effectively than the spammers.
Goose must really appreciate Gollum drawing attention to Goose's ongoing incompetence as a board administrator. Goose probably feels like the parent of a retarded child. You can't just drown it, but you wish you could.
