DOD: APUS has "HUGE" Dropout Rate

The newly released DOD data shows that six of the top ten recipients of Tuition Assistance are for-profit schools: American Public Education, Inc., Bridgepoint Education, Inc., TUI Learning, LLC, Apollo Group, Inc., Columbia Southern University, and Grantham University. Those six companies, alone, collect 41 percent of all TA dollars. . . .

Analysis by the HELP Committee also showed that the schools receiving the largest sums of money have huge amounts of students dropping out of school.
