Likewise, it appears they only polled recent grads. That's kind of like polling recently unemployed and asking if they expect to find a job in six months. Ask them all again in about seven months and see if you get the same answers. I suspect they didn't ask any of the waiters and 7-11 clerks with advanced degrees how that college education was working out.

Well, it's the supply-demand game.
I remember one time when spaghetti houses used to be all the rage. There were the first guys who opened one and worked pretty well, then a second guy came along, then a third...then all failing road houses and restaurants were converting to spaghetti houses...short, in a few years or so over 90% of them had closed down.
Besides overcrowding existing programs and propelling underachievers by the millions, the social alchemy cabal even manufactured ad personam programs to cater to the mental illness of their pet categories...chicano studies, african studies, genocide studies, women studies, queer studies...
And one wonders why have we ended this way?
