Gollum's SRU Treachery Revealed in Court Docs
#1
A motion recently filed by the defendants in the SRU criminal case has attached as an exhibit a letter from UIUC physics professor George Gollin, a.k.a. George Dana Gollin, a.k.a. George Loots-Gollin, a.k.a. The Sphincter.

This letter, on UIUC letterhead, reveals Gollum's role in undermining the legitimately established SRU operation.

That motion was filed Friday (December 7, 2007) by the SRU defendants to preserve the testimony of the Liberian bureaucrats who approved their Liberian operation.  A key part of the government's case against SRU is the allegation that SRU falsely represented they were approved by the Liberian government.  The motion discusses anticipated testimony from a number of Liberian bureaucrats, all of which affrrms and reinforces SRU's contention that they were properly and officially established as a university in Liberia.

Or at least they were until Gollum and his "contacts who work in university accreditation" (also known as "the swarming assholes") launched their attack.

In this letter, Gollum begs the Liberian embassador Charles A. Minor for "a brief statement...confirming the lack of Liberian recognition..." based on Gollum's conclusion that SRU is "bogus."

It's especially amusing to read The Sphincter attacking SRU as "a family operation."  Given the well-documented aberrations in Gollum's own family he is hardly in any position to comment of others.  It's a safe bet that Heidi Lorhan didn't share chocolate vaginas with her mom, or tell her dad to "go suck a giant cock."

mr. Gollin misrepresented outrageously.
He should be called to answer about that in court.
1 (ab)use of university letterheads to mislead the recipient, notwithstanding his brief disclosure note.
2 " I work on matters...collaborating with officials". Fraudulent misrepresentation. It would STILL be fraudulent if he rubbed shoulders on a daily basis with the "officials", but we know all he does is trolling around cheap websites owned or managed by questionable people such as gay teen pornographers ( Thomas Chip White ), asian massage parlors addicts ( Gregg des Elms ) and people involved in high financial misconduct ( Gus Sainz ).
2-a. If he "works", where is the employment record, the badge, the orders to investigate?
2-b. Who are these "officials"? George Brown of infamous ICHM fame, who runs an eminently private consulting business? That is not "official", that is "private". John Bear, mastermind behind several "unaccredited" schools he now calls mills? But John Bear is just a writer and "unaccredited school manager". Perhaps Alan Contreras...whom I suspect he never met...wow.
3 probably coming to his senses fearing legal action (after all, he is grossly misrepresenting himself to trigger a specific reaction in an unaware third party, who should comply trusting such misrepresentation. The fact he is cheating on a credentialled diplomat might have international/diplomatic law repercussions ), all these "officials" from the first part of the letter magically morph into mere "contacts" and and "journalists".
Hint: We (whoever we are) can get "contacts" for heads of state, looking addresses & mails up over the internet, or alert a tabloid reporter seeking a sensational report. This does not mean we "work with" or any other legally ascertained relationship.

I trust dr. Gollin wants so bad to be someone that he'll stop at nothing, misrepresentation included, while I suggest sedatives, Bach flowers and cutting internet time.
If he were in fact someone, he wouldn't feel the need to become someone, right?

Once the defendants are found not guilty I suspect the Gollin familty could be living in a cardboard box over a ventilation grate. Talk about tortious interference.

When you desperately want to be someone and be noticed, sometimes you get more attention than you anticipated, not all of it good.

Gollin sure wants to get credit for bringing down SRU. SRU of course was brought down by govenment action, not a bragging, gossipy, wind-bag.

I remember one thing from my old law classes. If in doubt stay out of court. Gollin might just want to consider his constant hints that he was the main man. He might get to hear that read back in court.

Right you are, gentlemen.  As I noted in the related thread, the feds upstream are totally pissed off about how this case evolved, and are putting Gollum at the top of the blame list.

As you can see by comparing the contents of the Gollum letter mentioned above with the actual facts shown in the official Liberian docs and the testimony elicited by the investigation, Gollum sold the feds a bunch of hot air.  He left out half the story, and once the SRU guys get that nailed down the whole case ought to come apart.  If your whole mail fraud case is based on SRU never having been approved by the Liberian government, and the facts show they actually were approved, the case collapses.

That leaves Gollum holding the chocolate vagina, the phallic spring roll and the mutant pork sandwich, all of which ought to make for some entertaining testimony at some point in the future.

well, this has already been discussed.
I think they'll say it was not duly approved.
That is, they might have had some (paid for) approval by some bureaucrat, but say other approvals, stamps or parliament consent was lacking...

I think the Feds may have tried to frame guilty people.

There is no doubt that SRU was a degree mill, but these people still have rights and are entitled to expect that law enforcement follow the rules.

O.J. Simpson got off not because most jurors thought he didn't do it but because they believed the police framed him, and I think they did. They tried to frame a gulity man.

As far as SRU goes good riddance to that toliet.

Check that March 10, 2003 letter from Abdulah K. Dunbar to Anal Contreras (Exhibit 7, above):
Quote:However, St. Regis University...may be verified by my office as fully recognized by the Education Ministry of Liberia...as legal, valid and authentic online universities, operating under the authority and in conformity with all current laws and regulations ruling educational competency certification of the Republic of Liberia.

This makes it clear that in March, 2003 SRU had no problems.  It was only later, after Gollum began his retaliating for having his website shut down by UIUC, that the threats against the Liberian government began and the LIberians began their doubletalk on the subject.

well, i remember the show, but it concurs in the statement the "university" was not properly approved. Otherwise put, threaten the French government all you want but they are highly unlikely to spin the status of Sorbonne...
