Beware of Northcentral

Beware of the Ph.D. on-line programs. Northcentral University on-line purports to be 100% online but is primarily a correspondence school. NCU uses deceptive advertising. It purports to have an online Ph.D. program. The school is a distance education correspondence program. It is not conducted over the Internet. The Internet capability of the university is grossly ineffective and is one of the weak links in its program. There is no interaction with students and very little, if any, assessment or interaction with professors. It is what one of my colleagues called, a glorified correspondence school. Yet, NCU continues to promote itself as an on-line delivery system simply because there may be some limited emails and download files or information.

NoCentral is a joke!!!! If RA or no way is the truth, WHY DOES NoCentral ACCEPT UNACCREDITED DEGREES ?? Get a masters from SCUPS. er California Southern University and get accepted for a RA doctorate at NoCentral.

So what is it? RA or no way or what???????????????????????????????????????????

For any person to say do it my way or no way, is ignorant. Do it RA if you please, do it Nationally Accredited if you will, or, do it State Licensed, even Self-Validated, as did John Bear with Greenwich. The point being, do what you will if it truly involves learning, honesty, and legality. Then the people directly involved can decide just how/if it supplies the needed requirements.

You don't have to follow the instructions / rules of a handful of professional posters at DI/DD. They always try to force people to believe that the worst RA/DL schools are just as acceptable as the best, and that simply isn't so. They are better than nothing and do have value. That is enough for many but not all. Get degrees based on what you want and need, not on what they need to sell or what they wish see validate their own choices.

Schools like Union and Excelsior are much closer to the State Licensed schools than they are to the decent brick and mortar schools. In fact some believe that the higher quality unaccredited schools are better than some of the RA schools. I expect that is true.

I've heard it all. Criticize NCU because it's too hard and then criticize it as a diploma mill. Doctoral students whining because they don't get any support. 3. NoCentral is bad because the owner did a boo-boo according to Dr. Bear who refuses to forgive.
4. NoCentral is for-profit which is a no-no. Unless your school just turned for-profit itself!

Search NoCentral at www.degreeinfo.com . NoCentral has administrators using multiple logons to shrill and harass certain members, can you believe that? I certainly would not want that to happen to me, again! Must be true since Bruce and Des Elms and Chip allow the posts to be made without challenge!!!!!!!!! The NoCentral secret administrators using multiple log ins do all sorts of meanie things and such and stuff.

Save your soul and save your money. STAY AWAY FROM NoCentral !

What does it matter, Whatever? Have you not availed yourself to the link I provided above? Have you not read about the vicious trolls sent to discredit a man of God? The multiple logins by a Nocentral administrator hired solely to discredit an individual that is a part time instructor at the prestigious University of Phoenix? Certainly a man of God would not lie or twist the truth now, would he? Read the threads about SCUPS. Bad place! RA or no way is wrong and NoCentral is living proof of this!

Thanks to degreediscussion I finally learned about DLTRUTH.

First, you can do your own research very easily, but, here are some opinions by students. Some say it's good others say it is not. I'm not for or against NCU. Some swear it's the best and others hate it, saying the mentors and staff are incompetent, others, of course disagree with this judgement. I believe this confirms my basic belief that people find the same thing to be acceptable or not, that is why we have so many schools, and, why we should have as many legitimate choices as possible. If you don't like one, choose another.
