Klempner Bear is the Harvey Dent of distance learning.

The urbane "Bear" half is a good humored advocate (and frequently, facilitator) of non-traditional higher learning.

The evil "Klempner" half is an FBI informant, ratting out his competitors, stalking (and soliciting others to stalk) his enemies real or imagined, and hanging (on the internet, at least) with Chip and his tailpipe boys.

There is a California Western School of Law. When California Western University opened up nearby, the law school was quick to bring legal action, and eventually California Western University lost its name and became California Coast University.

There is also a California Southern School of Law.

Hecht's SCUPS was declared a degree mill in Thailand. Illegal in Thailand, for pete's sake, where just about anything goes. Tailpipe Chip could get elected president of the chamber of commerce in Thailand. You really gotta be a scumbag to be declared illegal in Thailand.

But that's not why Klempner is in grudge mode on Hecht. Hecht copied portions of Klempner's Guide, changing the words to make it sound like Klempner endorsed Hecht's shady operation. And worst of all, he didn't pay Klempner for using it!

If you are trying to find a pattern to Klempner's stalking, the phrase that pays is "cha-ching." Klempner is not motivated by altruism, he's motivated by what's good for Klempner, and what's good for Klempner is what puts money in Klempner's pocket.

It's one thing for Klempner to say "Even though I've made a career out of snooping through other people's personal business I had no idea Chip was a pedo-porn peddler." It's quite another for him to say, "Now I know all about it, so what, I'm posting there anyway."

This is not someone who cares about ethics, morality, altruism or common decency. He does what he does because he figures, sooner or later, it pays.

So if Klempner is stalking someone, it's because Klempner thinks it's good for business, either because it puts money in his pocket or it takes money out of a rival's pocket.

I stupidly decided to remain loyal and kept him on as a Chairman Member of the site -- although by this point, I too had become concerned about him as a number of our Moderators were suggesting that they thought Anthony had a substance abuse problem.

Drug addicts & dealers versus gay teen pornographers or financial frauds...big dog&pony online shows to basically sell gullible suckers just about anything...and to kick them in the balls at the same time they are opening the billfold...owners & wire pullers of prominent sites who rake in money in the face of the gullible suckers...ehm...valued members...and when the valued members complain, they show the big finger, "up yours".
Of course when sh-t hits the fan, they revert to their meek self...yes, they did that...yes, they were making money...yes, they were recommending them as 'experts'...yes, yes, yes...but it wasn't with "up yours" in mind...rather it was undivided loyalty...now cough up some money so we can pay the lawyers...

Dave Lady just announced his appointment as dean of the Taft University business school.? Looks like another kick in the shorts for Klempner!

I just took on the role of the Dean for the Business School at William Howard Taft University. As you know, I am always very open to suggestions, thoughts, and even criticisms. To that end, what suggestions do you have for me as I work to make the Taft B-School programs attractive and meaningful options?

My initial thoughts are very cutting edge and relevant curriculum, to recruit some high talent and exclusive faculty, and to look at options for some additional B-School accreditations...

As you know from history I will listen to all suggestions and act on anything that I can.
