Stop Cyber Harassment

Sad
The blogs lately are buzzing about Saint Luke Medical School filing suit against the Liberian government, along with George Gollin and the University of Illinois Urbana. I think it is important that we band together, and take these "Bastards" to task, whenever they decide to attack those people associated with nontraditional education. I saw a lawyer on the Today Show this morning that specializes in cyber bullying. Her name is Parry Aftab http://www.aftab.com/.

I believe she may be able to assist us. Give me your thoughts. How fitting that Good Friday and Easter are this week. Maybe we can “resurrect” the ODA Class Action Lawsuit and put an end to these idiots controlling our educational freedom. It won’t happen, unless we do something.

While I agree that the ODA needs to go, I actually think it's the CHEA and the DoE which needs to be sued into oblivion by Non-Traditional and Career School lobbiests. They're the ones employing these idiots like Gollin and Contreras to publicly discredit schools and orchestrating penalties upon such schools at high levels.

- Non-Traditional schools cannot get student loans from public sources.

- Non-Traditional schools cannot get student loans from banks (unless Title IV).

- Non-Traditional degrees cannot be used in government.

- Career Schools cannot get student loans from public sources.

- Career Schools cannot get student loans from banks (unless Title IV).

- Career School degrees cannot be used in government.

Sure, it can be argued that the government doesn't want low-quality degrees in its ranks, but these guys are telling private banks such as Bank of America, Chase, and Wells Fargo, not to supply student loans to Non-Traditional or Career Schools. This is unacceptable.

It is utterly unfair that powers at high levels conspire to put legitimate schools out of business, and to limit the utility of their degrees. Such schools are frequently added to government "diploma mill" blacklists without any review of curriculum what-so-ever.

It is also unacceptable for the government to offhandedly fire people like Laura Callahan when it's found out that she got her degree from an unapproved, but legally operating, school. Would YOU want to be fired because some shill did not approve of the coursework you did for your degree?

The Non-Traditional and Career School lobbyists need to band together and put a stop to this nonsense once and for all. Class Actions need to be fired off left and right.

I can hear the CHEA rebuttal arguments now: "We don't want schools which hand out degrees with little or no coursework"

What the hell is little or no? Excelsior College (RA) is handing out college degrees to students for under three hours of coursework. (http://forums.degreeinfo.com/showthread.php?t=1213)  Degrees from such a school are just peachy for use in government.

Meanwhile degrees from career schools like Westwood College, which takes years to complete, are banned from use in Government. Such career schools are also banned from getting student loans from most sources.

You don't have to worry about that any more.  Now that the Obamunists have nationalized the student loan industry there are no private student loans.  Just the omniscient government deciding which government-approved program you will be allowed to attend.

It just takes a couple drops over the dam to start a flood.  Hopefully St. Luke will show others the way.

The Parry Aftab site you linked also covers child pornography.  In particular I noted that the PROTECT Act 2003 covers not just kiddie porn but pandering as well:
Quote:The pandering sections of the law were amended to add:
“[Any person who] knowingly…advertises, promotes, presents, distributes, or solicits through the mails, or in interstate or foreign commerce by any means, including by computer, any material or purported material in a manner that reflects the belief, or that is intended to cause another to believe, that the material or purported material is, or contains-- an obscene visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct; or a visual depiction of an actual minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.”
http://www.aftab.com/us_child_pornography_laws_post.htm

In other words, not just porn with actual kids, but any porn that is intended to make a sick pervert think it is a kid, even if it's not.  That pretty much describes most if not all of Thomas Chip White's online pornography operation.  So in addition to the cyberstalkers and cyber assholes like George Gollin and the rest of the Klempner Klone Kadre, it would be nice if we could put pedophile pandering perverts like Thomas Chip White out of their misery too.

I don't understand why they would nationalize the student loan industry and block out private schools from securing loans. If a private school cannot secure loans for its students it just means that they'll make their degrees cheap and easy to get.

The CHEA/DoE has really just brought it upon themselves. It seems as if, by some perverted agenda, they want low quality schools to exist.

Preventing private schools from securing student loans in order to become proper schools is unfair competition.

Adding schools to "diploma mill" blacklists without review of curriculum is unfair competition.

Accrediting and endorsing low quality money-makers such as Excelsior while utilizing assholes like Gollin and Contreras to publicly defame other schools and accrediting agencies as low quality is unfair competition.

Non-Traditional and Career Schools really need to band together and sue the crap out of the CHEA/DoE through class actions. I know that there are various Career School and Non-Traditional lobbyists who command the ears and resources of hundreds of unrecognized schools. I believe that the California Association of Private Postsecondary Schools is one of them. It might be beneficial to get in contact with a few of them in order to organize such lawsuits.

Laws must be applied fairly and equally. If not than the victim of any act of unfairness has the right to sue and win.

And, while I would like to see Gollin and his fellow Accredidation Mafia thugs get their asses handed to them, I do not necessarily think that courts judge fairly. In fact there seems to be a difference between what is legal and what is ethical.

But I do think that all that is needed for evil to succeed is for good people to do nothing. That is what I always maintained.

This is why I thank God for DLTruth. At last I found people willing to stand up to the bullies.
