"I will not willingly shelter anybody who is one of our enemies if I discover something outside the confessional." - John Weaver-Hudson

1) Enemies? - Boy slipped a cog? In my world people who disagree are not my enemies.

Seal of confessional?? That better be a figure of speeech. My breed of Protestant confesses our sins to directly to God. I don't have to invent any impure thoughts to keep the priest's attention and God doesn't care that my grade 11 English teacher gave me a boner.

2) Peter should know that he risks hell talking a non-Catholic priest, so says the Pope.

Sounds more like one of Peter's little games, pretending to confess his sins to Janko, then counting the minutes until Janko spills his guts to the Klones.

Meanwhile Janko is red-faced when it's discovered he's privy to inside dope and not sharing. They wonder what else he knows and isn't telling....

So give Peter credit for crafting a near perfect no-win scenario. No wonder Janko killed himself. Close encounters with Peter and DesElms in one lifetime is an overdose of bullshit by any standard.

I look at the posts about Peter and realize how little the gang actually knows about MIGS and Student # 1 but that's ancient history.

In retrospect, Uncle J's ministry was a bit larger than that little church in southwestern Michigan. It looks like he also had significant, though unpaid, pastoral duties tending to the spiritual needs of some of the stranger members of the DL community.

Okay, that's putting a good spin on it. Another view shows Uncle J as a serial enabler to some very warped people whom he seemingly encouraged to continue their anti-social online behavior. This course of action allowed Janko to appear to be above the fray and retain the moral high ground.

Are we serious?
That any Christian clergyman might even just THINK about violating the secrets entrusted to him as a minster of GOD?
That man was both physically AND mentally handicapped.
Enemies?
You mean he was like that dolt Lincoln who saw his dopplegaenger in the mirror, then went on and started a civil war in the name of freedom?
I keep Hermann Goering who was addicted to morphine...
