I would hope that this nonsense would be wiped from the books in Texas, but, you never know what will occur in a courtroom. It all depends on who the judge is. And that's how law is done in the U.S. What one judge says is right another says is left. Of course there is always an appeal if the court rules against CCU.

It's laws like this that make me think politicians and state officials have shit for brains. We put people in office who couldn't pour piss out of a boot (see Contreras / Oregon) without getting it all over themselves.

Glad to see CCU is taking it to the courts and defending its interests. Looks vindictive, ignorant, and/or self-serving on the part of the Texas bureaucrats.
