Don't these lying weasels have any shame? They have been caught at their little game yet continue the b.s. Can someone please PM Johann and find out what he thinks of this situation? Are we asking too much if we request that he take a public stand? I'm actually suprised that out membership's response hasn't been stronger. We've gone after phonies like Gus, and deservedly so, for things about equally offensive.
Let's start making people accountable. I'm pointing the finger at rat #1 Brian Fey (a/k/a ShotoJuku). This loser is the admin/mod at that site. He is responsible for the b.s. going on insofar as he has been informed but refuses to make the appropriate corrective actions. Further, let me make a personal observation. All the people I have known who were still fascinated with martial arts in their 40's or older, like Brian Fey and that douchebag Abner at DI, are either
anti-social misfits, immature dreamers or complete fu*#ing idiots who should be institutionalized and kept heavily medicated. They are a danger to the rest of society.

First off, I am unsure what the poster there you mention might do about it. He seems pretty subservient or devoted to 'online distance education authorities' and used to (try to) enlist moderators to support his red herring o' day (much like the clique does with Thomas Chip White & Gus Sainz...moral people incorporated )...so I'm not sure he can walk up to them and call them frauds...what do you think?
Second, maybe they just bought or acquired the software package (=site) configured like that & have no idea how to change it.
Third, it is a very common (mal)practice to have stats doctored...if you ask those who programmed the software, they'll just say their way differs from yours.

All very valid points. I'm sure, however, that honorable business people who purchased a developed site would make it a priority to learn the basics of the operating software. What would happen, for example, if there were embedded pornographic images on specific pages not discovered until after the purchase? The administrator is ultimately responsible for the content and can't rely on not having the technical expertise to make the necessary modifications.
The people behind the curtain at online.degree.net have proven themselves no better than the degenerates and weirdos who run DI and DD.

well, we can file this with the countless cases of the janitor who claims online to be the principal, or the garbage collection guy claiming he grossed 2 millions last semester...

Hello - I don't recall ever having the pleasure of meeting but you certainly have formed some very solid opinions about me.
To begin, yes I am a moderator and my main task has been eliminating spam but not to censor anyone's comments unless they contain profane, nasty, or inappropriate hate-filled comments; I refer you to your own comments as a prime example.
Sorry that you have such a stong opinion about me.
As for being an "anti-social misfit" I would only point out that you could have posted the aforementioned comments over on the forum so that I could address them there but you chose to post them here under what many would consider under less than social circumstances.
As for being a danger to myself or others and/or needing to be heavilly medicated - I presume you must in fact be a trained MD, PhD/PsyD, or LEO who may in fact make such assessments - or are you just misinformed.
Either way, I can assure you that I am far from meeting the criteria of your description of me.
One last thing......when one resorts to starting an altercation with nasty, hate-filled comments (as you did) then you have already lost the fight.....I accept your white flag of defeat.

Yes, it does since the number of visitors is a proxy for site's influence in the field. If you are going to have some type of counting and reporting mechanism for "visitors" it should accurate, or it should be removed. To do otherwise is
inherently dishonest and detracts from the real discussion of distance education issues.
