I thought the LGBT was a British sports car, but got it confused with the MGBGT. Apparently LGBT stands for "Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered." Equality for perverts is something we support, because they are all equally worthless. But apparently that's not the point of view they advocate.

Interesting how none of them include Elmer among their friends. More unrequited love for Elmer, but at far less than the usual price.

Elmer likes perverts, deviants and degenerates because they are the only people that he doesn't have to pay to talk to him. Too bad there isn't a "ShitheadBook" site, and they'd have to make him the moderator there too.

THURSTON COUNTY, Wash. -- Termination has been recommended for the Washington State Patrol employees who allegedly used fake diplomas to earn pay raises.

Washington State Patrol spokesman Bob Calkins said the agency made the preliminary decision following an internal investigation.

"The investigation supported the allegations," he said.

The involved employees now have the opportunity to appeal any of the findings if they so choose before a final decision is made, Calkins said.

The accused men are Trooper Dennis Tardiff of Seattle, Sgt. Chris Sweet of Kelso, Trooper Spike Unruh and Trooper Dan Mann of Spokane. Sgt. Robert Brusseau, Sgt. Jason Linn, Trooper Gabriel Olson and Trooper Brian Ensley - all of Vancouver - are also accused.

The State Patrol began investigating after federal agents shut down a diploma mill in Spokane that had already awarded thousands of fake diplomas. However, the agency won't say if the troopers got their diplomas from the Spokane operation.

Troopers can boost their pay significantly with college diplomas -- a 2-percent increase for a two-year degree and a 4-percent hike for a four-year degree.

Earlier this year prosecutors reviewed the findings of a criminal investigation and decided not to file criminal charges against the troopers.

"What wasn't passed around is, 'Hey, this is a good way to defraud our employer.' What was passed around was, 'Hey, this is a way that we could qualify, perhaps, for this incentive,"' said Thurston County Chief Deputy Prosecutor Jon Tunheim.

WSP expects the men's appeals to be submitted by the end of the month.

Ten troopers and sergeants were originally accused in the case. Two - James Hotaling of Vancouver and John McMillan of Wenatchee - have resigned since.

Monroe College is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE).

NEW YORK (AP) - A New York City woman who says she can't find a job is suing the college where she earned a bachelor's degree.

Trina Thompson filed a lawsuit last week against Monroe College in Bronx Supreme Court. The 27-year-old is seeking the $70,000 she spent on tuition.

Thompson says she's been unable to find gainful employment since she received her information technology degree in April.

She says the Bronx school's Office of Career Advancement hasn't provided her with the leads and career advice it promises.

Monroe College spokesman Gary Axelbank says Thompson's lawsuit is completely without merit.

The college insists it helps its graduates find jobs.

As long has been suspected, another fraud from Illinois foisted off on America.   Our Great Leader Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Hussein Obama, was born in Kenya, and is not a "natural born" US citizen.

WASHINGTON – California attorney Orly Taitz, who has filed a number of lawsuits demanding proof of Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as president, has released a copy of what purports to be a Kenyan certification of birth and has filed a new motion in U.S. District Court for its authentication.


This document purports to be a Kenyan certification of birth for Barack Obama, allegedly born in Mombasa, Kenya, in 1961  

The document lists Obama's parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama, formerly Stanley Ann Dunham, the birth date as Aug. 4, 1961, and the hospital of birth as Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya.

No doctor is listed. But the alleged certificate bears the signature of the deputy registrar of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Oduya. It was allegedly issued as a certified copy of the original in February 1964.

WND was able to obtain other birth certificates from Kenya for purposes of comparison, and the form of the documents appear to be identical.

...Taitz told WND that the document came from an anonymous source who doesn't want his name known because "he's afraid for his life."

Taitz's motion, filed yesterday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, requests the purported evidence of Obama's birth – both the alleged birth certificate and foreign records not yet obtained – be preserved from destruction, asks for permission to legally request documents from Kenya and seeks a subpoena for deposition from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

"I filed the motion with the court asking for expedited discovery, which would allow me to start subpoenas and depositions even before Obama and the government responds," Taitz told WND. "I am asking the judge to give me the power to subpoena the documents from the Kenyan embassy and to require a deposition from Hillary Clinton so they will be forced to authenticate [the birth certificate].

"I'm forcing the issue, where Obama will have to respond," she said.

"Before, they said, 'You don't have anything backing your claims,'" Taitz explained. "Now I have something. In fact, I have posted on the Internet more than Obama has. My birth certificate actually has signatures."

...WND has reported on dozens of legal challenges to Obama's status as a "natural born citizen." The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.

Complicating the situation is Obama's decision to spend sums estimated in the hundreds of thousands of dollars to avoid releasing a state birth certificate that would put to rest all of the questions.

WND has reported that among the documentation not yet available for Obama includes his kindergarten records, his Punahou school records, his Occidental College records, his Columbia University records, his Columbia thesis, his Harvard Law School records, his Harvard Law Review articles, his scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, his passport, his medical records, his files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, and his adoption records.

A second Touro College computer honcho is going to prison for running his office as a literal diploma mill -- pocketing hundreds of thousands of dollars from students seeking better transcripts, glowing letters of recommendation and in a few cases completely fabricated degrees.

"This was a horrendous betrayal of trust," Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Thomas Farber told the crook, Andrique Baron, 36, of Elmont, L.I., before sentencing him this afternoon to serve between 2 2/3 and 8 years prison.

Baron was the former director of admissions for Touro's School of Career and Applied Studies on West 23rd St.

For at least four years, he and his co-defendant -- Mikhail "Michael" Cherner, the former computer director at the Kings Highway, Brooklyn, campus -- took money from a dozen students, who were also charged, in a "Sawbucks-for-Sheepskins" scandal that became public two years ago.

Some of Cherner and Baron's "customers" merely changed "F's" to "A's" on their transcripts.

Three teachers paid $3,000 each to buy the Masters degree required to teach special ed.

A Queens man bought a bogus psychology masters, while a Brooklyn woman bought her bachelors without taking a single class, and a fake letter of recommendation to law school went for $50,000.

When the scandal broke, prosecutors said they feared the pair had sold doctored degrees to as many as 50 people -- including some for physicians assistants and physical therapists.

The Board of Ed, which issues licenses in these fields, had to sift through the credentials of thousands of Touro alumni to be sure there were no bogus teachers, therapists or medical personnel working in the city, said prosecutor Jonathan Lenzner.

The horrible publicity affected everything from accreditation to admissions to the ability to get bank loans, said Frank Snitow, a lawyer for the college, which has 17,000 students internationally.

Baron apologized in court, peevishly -- bemoaning he didn't get a "second chance" -- before being led out in cuffs.
