  Fuckwit Janko Wrong about North
Posted by: Herbert Spencer - 04-01-2008, 04:30 PM - Forum: Nominees, second-stringers, others - Replies (15)

Janko the fuckwit reverend (real name John Weaver-Hudson) continues to abuse North, mistakenly believing that North posts here as Herbert Spencer.

North's reply, on the other hand, is a direct hit:

Quote:I want you to imagine if Pastor Hudson cyber stalked you and posted your personal information and then alleged violations of integrity for your profession. Would you be amused? Would you be amused if your personal and professional reputation was damaged? You had to explain it to your children. I am not amused either. Integrity and honesty mean a great deal. ...

...In return for confronting you over your treatment of Poimen (months ago), I have been cyber stalked by you and cyber harassed by you for months in a bitter obsession (by you) that has taken on bizarre aspects (such as the stuff you post above).

...You have set about to try and damage my personal and professional reputation. That a Lutheran pastor would seek to cause such harm is mind boggling. I have repeatedly asked Gus to stop you from posting personal information/fabrications and he will not do anything about it.

When you post things such as saying that I am posting "semi pornographic" things on other forums, "threatening posters families" and so on you are not only not telling the truth, you are deliberately seeking by posting it on a public forum to cause me injury. This can come when people look my name up or when even my own child searches my name on the internet. That is painful and indecent behavior on your part.

You talk about slander. You have slandered me, other denominations, other posters and so on. Trying to cover up for your own behavior by accusing me of it is not acceptable. You pretend as if you take a high moral road but in everything from the distortions you have made in a number of postings to the whole H. Spencer nonsense you have demonstrated that the depths to which you will sink are amazing. I know that the Wisconsin Synod Lutheran Church has done much good in the United States and am astounded that they tolerate your behavior as you demean other human beings professionally and personally. Not just on matters of opinion (disagreement) but actually out and out lying to cause harm.

...To begin with, Pastor Hudson has proven that he is not a man of his word so any promise John makes has little meaning. As soon as anyone Hudson has made up as me posts anything on another board John will come here again and post false statements as he did above (and on this board repeatedly) that seek to harm me personally and professionally. I am not the person Janko claims is posting on another board so save the pretend integrity Janko as you have continually violated rules of decency in many areas.

North, we suggest you sue Janko for defamation. He thinks you are pussy like Jimmy and won't fight back. It's a fact that you are not Herbert Spencer, that this fact was posted here some time ago, and despite his knowledge of that fact Janko has continued to defame you in an attempt to damage your professional reputation.

Too bad Gus doesn't have any money or you could sue him too (ha ha, take a number). But the WELS has plenty of dough and you should be able to find lots of Jew lawyers willing to take the Christians to court for you.

  RA Kaplan "Online Diploma Mill"
Posted by: Herbert Spencer - 03-28-2008, 04:36 PM - Forum: Distance Learning Discussion - Replies (1)

Three ex-staffers accuse Kaplan of wrongdoing

Quote:Mar. 13--Skirmishes between Fort Lauderdale online institution Kaplan University and three former faculty members that reached the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have now landed in federal court.

In a whistle-blower action, a former dean and two department chairman accused Kaplan of accepting unqualified students and pressuring faculty to grade leniently to keep students enrolled so it could continue receiving hundreds of millions in student financial aid each year.

The lawsuit was unsealed in Tampa court last week. The Justice Department declined to intervene in the case, a decision it said "should not be construed as a statement about the merits of the case."

Kaplan in an e-mail called the plaintiffs "disgruntled former employees." The university said the three have been making "outlandish claims," including to the EEOC, only to have them "repeatedly rejected."

Kaplan fired two of the plaintiffs -- Jude Gillespie of Miami Beach, and Carlos Urquilla-Diaz. A third plaintiff, law studies dean Ben Wilcox of Oklahoma, left the university by mutual agreement, a spokeswoman said.

The university says it has "strong evidence" that one of the plaintiffs illegally accessed Kaplan's e-mail system to send threatening messages to students, faculty and executives. Kaplan reported the matter to the FBI.

The trio's suit alleges Kaplan, one of the largest online universities in the country with 37,000 students as of Dec. 31, has defrauded the federal government by receiving more than $500 million a year in student financial aid since 1999 for running an "online diploma mill."

Among the allegations: That Kaplan awarded trips and club rewards to enrollment counselors who recruited the most students. (Other for-profit institutions have gotten in trouble for linking compensation and recruitment because it can lead to high-pressure sales tactics.) The suit also alleged that Kaplan urged faculty to inflate grades to keep students enrolled.

Kaplan, part of the Washington Post Co., called the 15-page lawsuit "a laundry list of unfounded allegations."

"Kaplan University operates fully in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, and provides an excellent education to thousands of students each year," it said in the e-mail.

The higher-education division of Kaplan Inc., Kaplan University's parent, generated about $1 billion in revenue last year, a 19 percent increase from 2006.

The division received $745 million in federal student financial aid last year.

  Dixie Cops to Conspiracy

Woman pleads guilty in Spokane WA diploma mill case
THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

SPOKANE, Wash. -- A leader of a Spokane-based diploma mill pleaded guilty Wednesday to a federal charge of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud.

Dixie Ellen Randock, 58, a high school dropout, sold fraudulent college degrees and transcripts from more than 125 bogus online universities she created.

She faces a maximum three years in prison and $250,000 fine when she is sentenced in several weeks in U.S. District Court.

Her husband, Steven K. Randock Sr., and Dixie Randock's daughter, Heidi Kae Lorhan, are also expected to enter pleas soon. The final defendant, Roberta Lynn Markishtrum, is also reportedly negotiating a deal with the U.S. attorney's office.

An indictment returned in 2005 said Dixie Randock and others used their string of fictional online universities to sell college degrees and transcripts to more than 8,200 customers, including foreigners and U.S. government employees around the world.

Authorities say the bogus degrees could be used to circumvent U.S. immigration laws and to help the degree holders win promotions and pay raises in government jobs.

The conspirators also manufactured and sold counterfeit copies of degrees and transcripts from legitimate universities, court documents showed.

The Randocks were accused of using a Spokane print shop and a rented basement office in Post Falls, Idaho, to sell counterfeit degrees from the University of Maryland, the University of Tennessee, Texas A&M and George Washington University.

The Randocks had faced a June trial. Investigators allege the operation took in $5 million.

Hundreds of government employees are among the people who paid thousands of dollars for phony diplomas, which used names such as St. Regis University, James Monroe University and Robertstown University, lawyers have said.

Investigators also have asserted that more than $43,000 in bribes were paid to three Liberian diplomats, including one payment that was videotaped by Secret Service agents at a hotel in Washington, D.C. Government lawyers have said diplomatic immunity precludes charges against the diplomats.

The Liberian "Board of Education" offered accreditation for the diploma mills in exchange for the bribes, according to court filings.

A task force of state and federal agents served search warrants in August 2005 after investigators found many of the phony degrees were sold in Saudi Arabia, raising national security concerns.

  Professor Len Returns to DegreeDiscussion

The searches I conducted after my post showed that Len, who fancied himself Prof. Len (what an a$$hole!!!) for a time, was affiliated with SRU before groveling at the feet of Uncle Janko at DI. Janko, who holds a weird sense of nostalgia for apartheid South Africa, used him and abused him. Len allowed himself to be held up as an example of a repentent sinner before slinking away never to be heard from again on the DL fora. He played right into the master manipulator Janko's hands.

Just when you thought that you had heard the last from this fraud, he reappears with a tale about having just completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law. He and Unc swapped greetings in Afrikaans while laying the groundwork for "Lennie's" triumphant return to the DL scene. Any predictions on how long it will take before Len, every bit the con man as Bear, is once again associated with some mill based offshore, perhaps using his connections in Dubai or the UAE?

Another one - does Gus have a real job? I guess a high powered distance education expert doesn't make a lot of money pumping gas, the only job that quicky TESC qualifies him for. If he wasn't still exposing "frauds" on his website, I'd feel some sympathy. Aren't Unifund CCR Partners bad news?

In the field of Distance Learning, and in the intellectual realms in general, I have never met such an intellectually dishonest piece of fucking shit as Moe Miles Mississippi from Mexico.

That Moe has such a hard-on for some other turd called Mame Maris that Moe would lie, which is against the 9th Commandment!  Or the 8th, depending on how you count them.  Moe is going to HELL!  Actually Hell is too good for him, since Moe is a rat bastard!

I once knew a fuck called Moe,
Who comported himself like a schmo,
But when he whined like a bitch,
I thought it was rich,
Since he said he'd be silent and go.

Moe should FUCK OFF AND DIE!

Skunk-O-Meter: How High Will AC Register?
Posted by: Herbert Spencer - 03-13-2008, 03:33 PM - Forum: Alan Contreras - Replies (3)

Pervert and civil rights violator Alan Contreras will be a featured speaker at the NCACS Program for Presidents and Trustees Plenary on April 12, 2008.  Will the deviant ODA director be adding bestiality to his list of degenerate acts?

Quote:Pardon me, is this your skunk?
Can you smell the fecal matter on his genitals?

Accreditors, feds and Congress are engaged in a game of pass-the-skunk with regard to accountability and transparency issues. States, with the greatest legal responsibility for colleges, have often left the skunk on the doorstep of accreditors and feds. Presidents nod and smile when they can’t avoid the skunk. Trustees ignore the skunk unless it divots the budget or disarranges the linens. Faculty think any skunk is at a less rigorous institution.

So whose skunk is it, anyway? Alan Contreras brings his skunk-o-meter to help us tell the spots from the stripes in the world of postsecondary accountability.
